**Automatic Train Control Group manager F/H**:
**Saint Ouen (93)**
The Automatic Train Control (ATC) is the signalling system which ensure the protection and automatic piloting of trains.
Attached to the ATC department (60 collaborators) within the Digital & Integrated System France, the Group Manager is responsible to manage a team of a dozen of collaborators who deploy the ATC systems.
**Responsabilities**
- Manage adequacy between estimated workload and capacity, taking into account subcontracting & business strategies; report status and issues to department head
- Agree and implement with the department head and the peer domain leaders the department guidelines (team profile and skills, growth plans, discipline evolutions in terms of technology, competitiveness,)
- Promote Alstom values to his/her team : Continuously motivate, encourage, evaluate and recognize, train and develop resources, in cooperation with HR, as per approved performance evaluation process and targets
- Develop and maintain Métier / domain competences, coaching the team and growing World Class Engineering Experts
- Innovation : Deploy & ensure continuous improvement of Methods and Tools in Project Engineering team, providing feedback for Process reviews
- Estimate / Validate activities quotations for tenders and projects and Commit in Project/Program/Tender QCD related to its Métier/domain
**Profile**
- Engineering degree with at least 5 years of experience in the system engineering in railway, aeronautics, nuclear or automotive,
- English is mandatory,
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
**Others**
- CENELEC (or other derived from IEC 61508) standards understanding is a must
