Position Duties
A la tête du pôle production de Montpellier, vous serez responsable d'une équipe de 7 personnes (Associate producer, Équipe QA et UI Artist)
Au sein du pôle production de Montpellier, vous jouerez un rôle central dans les projets de portage de prestigieuses propriétés intellectuelles vers les plateformes mobile mais aussi les projets en création sous le label publishing "Playdigious Originals"
Votre objectif sera de garantir les délais, la bonne tenue des milestones et aider à organiser les équipes pour le bon déroulement des projets.
Au sein du Comité de Direction, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les pôles publishing, développement et marketing.
Le poste est à pourvoir sur Montpellier (34).
Missions principales:
- Planification
- Établir des plannings & plans de milestones
- S'assurer de la tenue des plannings, milestones et délais
- Anticipation et gestion des risques
- Gestion des priorités et responsable de supprimer des features (si besoin pour tenir le planning et le budget)
- Responsable des soumissions et releases
- Qualité
- Priorisation des tâches
- Stabilité - QA : Validation ou invalidation des tâches/fix etc - Remonter points forts et faibles des projets
- UX - Référents User Experience, Organisation de Playtests
- Validation des Milestones
- Suivi du Budget
- Management d'équipe des postes d'Assistant Producer + QA testers + autres nouveaux postes potentiels autour de la production, ainsi que la gestion du pôle production dans son intégralité
Participation au pôle de direction (Réunions, décisions, etc)
Missions potentielles (Opportunités)
- Participation à des salons / évènements
- Aide au sourcing avec l'équipe publishing et business
Compétences techniques:
- Profil confirmé(e) (Minimum 5 ans d'expérience)
- Expérience dans le portage jeux vidéo (sur mobile de préférence)
- Niveau anglais avancé (B2 minimum)
- Connaissance du marché du jeu vidéo et plus particulièrement sur mobile (édition, mobile, indépendant, etc)
- Être capable de travailler sur plusieurs projets simultanément en utilisant une variété de compétences
- Maîtrise en outils de gestion de projet (Slack, Jira, Google Drive, Suite office, Notion)
- Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet, planning et en gestion de budgets
- Bonnes connaissances des méthodes agile, notamment Kanban et Lean
- Bonnes connaissances UX et particulièrement mobile
- Bonnes connaissances des stores de distribution principaux (Appstore, Google play, Steam, etc)
Options : Notions des aspects techniques du développement de jeux vidéo et spécifiquement de portage vers les plateformes mobiles.
