L’équipe Strategic Valuation & Modeling, aujourd’hui reconnue par ses clients sur son marché, recherche des futurs analystes qui interviendront, en équipe, sur diverses missions d’évaluation financière.
A ce titre, vous serez amené(e)s à:
- Evaluer des sociétés dans le cadre de transactions ou de réorganisations fiscales/juridiques ;
- Evaluer les actifs incorporels d’une société (marque, propriété intellectuelle, portefeuille client, etc) pour l’allocation du prix d’acquisition ;
- Evaluer des instruments financiers dans le cadre de Management package ;
- Modéliser des business plans ;
Vous serez également encouragé à participer à des projets de développement interne et/ou commercial.
Diplômé(e) d’une formation supérieure (Ecole de commerce, Ingénieur), vous disposez de préférence d’une première expérience de stage en valorisation, banque d’affaires, fonds d’investissement ou audit.
Disponible, rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous avez de bonnes capacités d’analyse et de synthèse ainsi que d’excellentes qualités rédactionnelles. Vous pratiquez l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral. Des notions dans une seconde langue étrangère (allemand, espagnol,) sont un plus.
