**ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (Bilingual French / English) - Permanent Position**

We are a strategic and financial communication consulting firm actively seeking an
**ADMINISTRATIVE AND ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (Bilingual English)** to join our team on a permanent basis.

**Responsibilities**:
Based in our Paris office, established two years ago, you will be the primary point of contact for our European headquarters regarding all accounting and administrative matters related to employees in France. Your main responsibilities include:

- Client Management:_
- Serve as the accounting interface for clients and FGS Global offices.
- Register new customers.
- Customer invoicing follow-up in conjunction with the accounting department.
- NetSuite Management (Accounting Software):_
- Create new projects/client files.
- Assign access to new projects/clients for dedicated teams.
- Manage timesheets and end-of-month processes.
- Supplier Management:_
- Register new suppliers.
- Process purchase order requests.
- Handle supplier invoices and payment tracking.
- Management Support:_
- Handle accounting aspects of expense reports for Managing directors and the directors.
- Coverage for the Executive Assistant / Office Manager during their absences._

Your Profile:

- Degree in BTS CGO (Accounting and Management of Organizations) or DUT GEA (Management of Companies and Administrations).
- 2-3 years of similar experience in an international company in France.
- Excellent knowledge of supplier and client accounting management.
- Strong listening and communication skills, with problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Excellent understanding and proficiency in Office 365.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
