Personal Assistant to Head of Models

**Key responsibilities/What you do**

The primary purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational and logístical service to tthe Head of New Models ensuring she can focus on strategic themes and management of the team. This role includes active liaison with teams in other Allianz Partners locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independent handling of in and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls. Organization of web conference/ events.
- Travel Management - Travel organization (visas, travel bookings, Expense management and reimbursement ).
- Support on ad hoc projects and coordination with stakeholders - Organizational, logístical and administrative management and attendance of events.
- Assisting (formatting, proofing) with the presentations
- Create and control expenses. Track meeting minutes (for critical meetings) and Follow up on key tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Administrative tasks link to the office - Ordering office and IT supplies.

**Key requirements/What you bring**
- 5 years of work experience in an executive assistant/ PA role, preferably with international exposure
- Experience in project management and communication
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to different interlocutors
- Ability to communicate/present in a synthetic and structured way
- Tact, judgement, discretion and stress resistance
- Sense of initiative / proactive attitude
- Strong organizational skills with strong knowledge of MS Word Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP user
- Fluent English, additional language as French would be a plus
