Pour contribuer à la rapide plateformisation du e-commerce et participer à notre croissance, Mirakl est à la recherche d'un.e Legal Officer en stage pour 6 mois**.**
**_ Votre Rôle :_**
La direction juridique de Mirakl recherche son stagiaire Contrats SaaS pour effectuer les missions suivantes:
- Prendre une part active aux travaux de l'équipe en charge des contrats clients, en étant impliqué dans:
- Les coulisses de la contractualisation : les réunions de préparation internes en amont d'une négociation client/prospect;
- Les réunions palpitantes avec les clients/prospects: le coeur du métier
- La rédaction, la revue des différents documents contractuels (CGS SaaS, consulting, NDA, DPA, procurement... )
- La gestion administrative des contrats: de la mise à la signature d'un document à sa diffusion en interne aux équipes concernées, en passant par son enregistrement dans les outils internes (CRM, CLM), et parfois la gestion administrative et le suivi des dossiers de recouvrement amiables ou pré-contentieux (mises en demeures, accords transactionnels...), en collaboration avec les avocats pour le contentieux.
- Répondre au pied levé à des demandes de recherches juridiques sur des sujets variés (concurrence, e-commerce, RGPD,....), pouvant provenir des autres équipes juridiques (conformité produit, DPO), ou encore des clients internes;
- Contribuer à toutes tâches incombant au service juridique et visant à améliorer les processus internes, et ainsi voir une licorne grandir, de l'intérieur
**_Votre Profil :_**
- Vous êtes actuellement étudiant en formation supérieure bac+5 en droit.
- Vous êtes curieux/se et vous aimez apprendre; autonome, vous savez aussi quand il faut appeler à l'aide;
- Vous êtes reconnu pour votre bon contact et votre capacité d'écoute
- Vous avez une appétence pour le e-commerce et notre secteur d'activité
- Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais comme en français
