**Description du poste**
- La nouvelle Business Unit BIOGAS a la charge de porter les ambitions du Groupe de devenir un acteur majeur du marché du biométhane ; elle a la charge d’investir en Europe et dans le monde dans le développement et les opérations d’unités de production de biométhane sur la base de technologies de méthanisation, de pyrogéification ou de méthanation. La BU recherche des compétences clés afin de participer au développement d’un portefeuille d’actifs performants, rentables, compétitifs, et aux meilleurs standards HSE et industriels.
- Le responsable de la gestion des projets de biogaz est chargé de définir et de mettre en œuvre le cadre permettant d'assurer une gestion efficace du portefeuille de projets de biogaz (pilotage, reporting, processus de contrôle, normalisation) et un développement efficace des projets jusqu'à leur exécution (planification, coût, qualité, ressources) par toutes les filiales de biogaz, afin d'assurer:

- ** L'initiation des projets**: les projets de biogaz sont initiés au bon rythme pour atteindre l'objectif de production à long terme (approvisionnement en matières premières et en terres)
- ** La livraison des projets**: Les projets de biogaz sont développés (ingénierie, EPC, permis, financement, acceptabilité, plan de gestion du digestat, plan de contractualisation des matières premières, business model) et construits en cohérence avec les objectifs de rentabilité (TRI) et de production du plan à long terme de la BU Biogaz, y compris les objectifs de production annuels, les budgets de développement, le budget d'investissement et le plan de développement et de construction
- ** Arbitrage de la direction**: La direction de la BU dispose des KPI nécessaires pour arbitrer (go/no go)
- ** Allocation des ressources**: Les ressources ($ et personnes) sont allouées en cohérence avec les priorités et les goulots d'étranglement du processus de développement.

Dans contexte, nous recherchons notre
- _Biogas Project Management Officer (PMO) F/H_ pour nous accompagner sur les missions suivantes:

- Pilotage du pipeline de projets en développement, y compris la définition des KPI pertinents (initiation des projets par l'approvisionnement en matières premières/terres, progrès du développement, budget de développement, ressources, etc.) et solution de tableau de bord pertinente ;
- Pilotage du pipeline de projets en construction, y compris la définition des KPI pertinents (HSE, budget, planification, ressources, etc.) et solution de tableau de bord pertinente.) et la solution de tableau de bord correspondante ;
- Reporting de l'activité à la BU et à la Branche - Développement d'une méthodologie de gestion de projet standardisée, conforme aux normes de l'entreprise, et adaptée au portefeuille de projets Biogaz avec sa diversité d'échelle, de géographie, de partenaires, d'enjeux, etc.
- Définition et mise en œuvre d'outils pour une gestion de projet efficace à travers la BU (y compris toutes les filiales de Biogas), y compris ERP, cadre contractuel ;
- Coordination de l'exercice LTP et budget avec la filiale (stratégie de croissance, budget de développement, dotation en personnel, plans d'investissement).

Le responsable de la gestion de projet biogaz travaille en étroite collaboration avec les filiales de Biogas, avec les fonctions corporate de la BU Biogas telles que le contrôle de la performance, l'approvisionnement, les finances, l'économie, et avec les entités de la société telles que One Tech et TotalEnergies Global Procurement.

**Profil recherché**
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un Bac+5 ;
- Vous avez une solide expérience opérationnelle de plus de 10 ans dans le développement et la gestion de projets industriels. Une bonne connaissance des marchés de l'énergie et plus particulièrement des activités liées aux énergies renouvelables et au biogaz sera appréciée.
- Vous êtes déterminé à obtenir des résultats, et vous avez des compétences avérées en matière de management direct et transversal ;
- Vous avez une expérience significative en gestion du changement, si en plus vous êtes titulaire d’une certification en gestion de projet, type Lean management ce serait un réel atout ;
- Vous parlez couramment anglais ;
- Ce poste est situé à Paris, mais nécessitant de nombreux déplacements dans nos filiales étrangères et sur nos sites, un permis de conduire est nécessaire.
