L’activité Systèmes terrestres et aériens conçoit des systèmes, des équipements, des capteurs et des services pour le contrôle du trafic aérien civil et militaire, la défense aérienne ainsi que le combat naval et terrestre.
Le site de Massy est leader dans les systèmes de commandement et de contrôle des opérations aériennes et les systèmes radars de défense aérienne.
**QUI ETES-VOUS ?**
Fort d’une expérience significative en conduite d’offres ou de projets dans un environnement complexe multi entités, dans le milieu de la Défense, vous avez des connaissances théoriques et pratiques la gestion de Projet et plus particulièrement sur des projets de soutien.
Vous maitrisez les outils de gestion de projet (PRIMAVERA, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projet, JIRA, SAP, ARM, TOL..).
Vous avez acquis de bonnes connaissances en mécanismes financiers.
Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur, votre proactivité et votre bonne capacité de reporting. Vous avez un sens du service et une aisance relationnelle avec une bonne capacité d’intégration et d’adaptation vous permettant d’être à l’aise pour travailler en équipe dans une organisation matricielle.

Vous travaillerez en équipe intégrés et serez rattaché au Responsable du service PMO du programme VASSCO (Verticalisation du soutien du SCCOA)
Vous serez PMO sur un ou plusieurs domaines de performance du programme VASSCO.
En tant que PMO vous avez pour missions de:
- assister le responsable du domaine et les workpackage manager dans le suivi et l’analyse de leur avancement financier, du plan de charge et du planning au travers de la mise à jour de Primavera ;
- consolider les données financières avec le contrôle de gestion et préparer le tableau de bord de reporting pour les Project Review;
- contribuer à la consolidation des données pour préparer le reporting des revues au niveau du programme ;
- animer les réunions de Risques et Opportunités des domaines ;
- collecter les informations pour préparer les Core Team ;
- collaborer au reporting des rapports et des présentations, des compte-rendus de réunion internes et clients ;
- assurer les demandes d’achats dans SAP ainsi que leur suivi et les réceptions des commandes sur les parties forfaitaire et poste à flux
- réaliser le suivi des actions internes (CoreTeam, Revue de R&O, MPR );
- gérer l'arborescence documentaire sous TOL/Livelink, le stockage des documents, la tenue du référenciel documentaires et coordonner le planning des livrables internes et contractuels ;
- assurer la planification pour le plan de charge et le déploiement des boxes Patrus ;
- assurer le support aux outils ;
- participer à la capitalisation, à la réalisation de guide de bonnes pratiques métier et à la mise en place et au suivi d'une base de bons exemples.
