**Manager Usership Offer**

The position is based in France, in Montigny-le-Bretonneux and will be reporting to the Director Full Lifecycle Management.
**Job description**:
The Manager Customer Offer will be responsible for:
- Lead new customer usership offer for New and used cars integrated development
- Align with S&M transformation, CMM and coordinate with other S&M Departments offer bricks
- Model offer revenues and margin scheme
- Identify pilots requirements & define pilots PDCA
- Benchmark competitors (OEMs, Leasers, others), identify opportunities for revenues and differentiation
- Collect customer voice
- Prepare for usership offer roll out launch
**Profile**:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in offer management, marketing, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English Fluent
- Leasing or Used cars background
