National Bank of Kuwait est présente en France depuis 1987 et opère en tant que filiale de plein exercice depuis 2019, notre croissance se poursuit, notre effectif ayant plus que doublé en 2 ans.
La banque est organisée autour de 3 pôles principaux d’activités : Consumer Banking, Corporate Banking et Trésorerie.
**Contexte**
Notre futur(e) stagiaire/alternant évoluera au sein du département Corporate Banking et Financial Institutions en charge d’accompagner les clients Corporates et Financial Institutions de NBK France en Europe et en Afrique du Nord dans leurs opérations de Trade Finance (crédit documentaire, garanties bancaires, etc ), et dans leur développement au travers de l’émission de garanties (performance and bid bonds) et de la mise en place de financements en ligne avec la politique de risque de NBK.
**Missions**
Vos missions seront les suivantes:
- Participation à l’analyse, la modélisation et la structuration des financements
- Participation à l’écriture des mémos de crédit (Revues Annuelles, waivers et mise en place de nouvelles transactions)
- Tenue des dossiers Know-Your-Customer (KYC) et des Notations
- Toutes tâches administratives dévolues au Front Office
**Compétences et qualités requises**
Etudiant de niveau minimum Bac+4 maîtrisant les notions de base en analyse financière / analyse crédit;
Solide formation et capacité de travail en équipe ;
Vous disposez d'un très bon niveau d'anglais parlé et écrit (la plupart de nos documents et productions sont en anglais) ;
Connaissance complète de Microsoft Office (et en particulier excellente maîtrise d'Excel).
Notions en Compliance et Trade Finance est un plus
Vous êtes curieux, organisé, dynamique et souhaitez-vous investir au sein d’une structure à taille humaine en plein développement.
