HR Digitalization is a key pillar of the HR strategy at Danone. The Global HR Digitalization team, based in Paris, Boulevard Haussmann, is responsible for all Global HR Digitalization initiatives at the company. In this team, we partner with HR functions and the IT department to deliver excellent HR products, technology, data, driving best-in-class employee experience. With a dual focus of improving our core systems while driving innovation with new technology, this highly ambitious team is the place to discover how global digital projects are managed, within an international, highly diverse, and fast-paced environment.
The HR Talent & Learning Digitalization Technology Intern reports to the Digitalization Stream Lead Talent and Learning. In this role, he will support the team in various project and activities that cover wing-to-wing process and activities from Talent Acquisition to Talent Management and finally to Learning and Development. You will be expose and work on our best in class Learning ecosystem, collaborate work the team to successfully implement our new recruiting systems and support the team on the resign of our Talent Management system. In this role you will be a key element to orchestrate the team and the extended team (IT and HR). You will also be interacting with users around the world.
**YOUR MISSIONS**
Your key activities:
- Coordinate the key players around the ICIMS, SuccessFactor, EdCast/Cornerstone systems in Danone to plan the roadmap, identify dependencies, track progress & report successes.
- Ensure a proper use of our HR suite and follow up to maximize its efficiency.
- With the support of team members, animate potential a network of users to obtain feedbacks & insights.
- Coordinate discussions around priority transversal topics to achieve alignments & solutions.
- Collaborate with the global HR Digitalization Tech & Data team on identify & implement required communication & change actions.
- Participate & initiate project meetings & workshops as required.
Sobre você:
You are enthusiastic with a passion for the fields of digital innovation, communications, and human resources. You are interested in learning new digital tools and systems and enjoys discovering how to use them to the max. You are resourceful and like to take initiative, able to demonstrate real ownership to the tasks assigned to you. You are fluent in English (French or another language is a plus).
- You are a trustworthy talent with strong capabilities around Project Management
- You are able to utilize various types of Project Management methodologies, both classic Project Management tools or Agile tools
- You can establish the project plan, connect to project members, drive progress through working with people while staying true to the ultimate objective
- Understanding of HR or IT, or both are preferred
- You are fluent in English (French or another language is a plus).
