Premier point de contact des utilisateurs souhaitant obtenir une assistante technique
- Périmètre: Bureaux et boutiques en Europe et en Asie (90% des missions sont effectuées à distance du bureau de Paris, mais quelques déplacements sont à prévoir)
- S’assurer que la sécurité de l’information fait partie intégrante de l’environnement IT et des processus
- Contribuer à améliorer les process et les outils pour l’analyse des cyber incidents, leur détection et la réponse à apporter
- Travailler étroitement avec le département IT
- Création de procédures et d’autres documentations
- Consigner les évènements et les problèmes et leur résolution dans l’outils de ticketing
- Gestion du cycle de vie de l’équipement IT (Identification du nouveau matériel/ Intégration/ Audit permanent)
- Gestion du cycle de vie des utilisateurs (Active Directory, GsuiteAdmin, Google Drive, NAS)
- Participation aux projets IT et partage des bonnes pratiques avec l’équipe
- Diplôme en Technologie de l’information ou expérience significative comme IT Support Specialist
- Bonne compréhension des systèmes informatiques, des appareils mobiles et d’autres produits technologiques
- Auto-apprentissage, autonomie, motivation.
- Très bonne presentation et communication
- Facilement accessible, amical et proactif dans l’identification des points à améliorer
- Une Expérience dans le retail est un plus (Systèmes de PDV / lecteur de codes à barres / caisse)
- Français (langue maternelle) / Anglais (courant)
- Rattaché au IT Infrastructure and Support Manager basé à Genève
