We are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst (h/f) to join our team at Chatillon.

**Scope of the Role**:

- Provide analytical review of the A&P Advertising & Promotion) and all other OPEX (Operating Expenditure) spend at brand level on an actual and plan level
- Ensure month-end closing reporting on A&P and OPEX
- Coordinating the Planning/Forecast process with the several cost center responsibles in the Organisation
- Financial Forecasting and budgeting process: build, review, load 5 year LRP + prepare plan review meetings owning all kinds of spending relating to A&P and OPEX
- Business Partnering with Marketing and all Functional Leads of the Organisation to ensure proper follow up of Actual spend vs. Plan and Forecasts
- Local Mgt reporting: maintain the Power Pivot / PBI reporting / power Queries
- Regular PO follow up and ensure the proper handling of unvouchered / non-received Pos
- Train the cost center responsible employees to open and handle POs in SAP
- Daily/monthly ad hoc reporting
- SOX/audit support

**Experience Required**:

- Education: Master 2 in finance, Business School or Master specialized in Finance MSG/DESS.
- Experience: at least 3 years in management control within a consumer goods company or a pharmaceutical laboratory with multi-reference products
- Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Must also possess strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to develop and maintain peer relationships and possess high standards of accuracy and precision
- Experience with financial audit
- IT knowledge: SAP, Excel expert, BI tools, Business Warehouse reporting tools
- Language: English + French
