**Principales missions**:
**1. Gestion des Rendez-vous**:
- Assurer les rendez-vous de qualification avec les prospects.
- Coordination des rendez-vous avec l'équipe commerciale.
- Prendre les rendez-vous de vente pour les équipes commerciales lorsqu’un besoin est détecté.
**2. Développement de Relations**:
- Développement de relations avec les prospects.
- Collaboration avec les équipes marketing, produit et ventes.
**3. Présentation et Vente**:
- Présentation convaincante des produits ou services.
- Identifier les éléments sources d’opportunités commerciales lors d’une conversation/d’un échange commercial.
- Converser et détecter des opportunités commerciales sur les réseaux sociaux.
**4. Reporting et Suivi**:
- Réalisation du reporting des actions menées.
- Suivi précis des interactions dans le CRM.
- Renseigner le CRM de façon pertinente.
**5. Veille Concurrentielle**:
- Veille concurrentielle pour ajuster les stratégies.
**Compétences requises : **
**1. Communication**:
- Clarté et persuasion à l'oral et à l'écrit.
- Convaincre les prospects de la valeur des services.
- Établir des relations positives avec les prospects.
- Capacité à vulgariser des éléments complexes et/ou techniques.
**2. Collaboration**:
- Esprit d'équipe.
- Collaboration avec les équipes marketing, produit et ventes.
**3. Gestion du Temps et des Priorités**:
- Gestion efficace du temps et des priorités
**4. Maîtrise des Outils et Analyse**:
- Utilisation des outils CRM et maîtrise des logiciels.
- Capacité d'analyse : Analyser les données pour identifier des opportunités.
- Suivi précis des interactions dans le CRM.
- Renseigner le CRM de façon pertinente.
**5. Autres Compétences**:
- Aimer passer du temps au téléphone.
- Adaptabilité.
- Niveau bac +2.
- Bonne compréhension des offres et du produit
