For 28 years, we have been asserting the difference of a French culture and imagining new shopping experiences by combining a creative approach based on elegance, innovation and freedom of expression, applied to a multitude of retail professions: cosmetics, jewellery, department stores, shopping centres, mass distribution, food & beverage, travel retail, etc.

We are looking for an Interio Architect / Project Manager to join a creative retail design team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of our retail design projects.
- **Role requirements**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Produce technical plans for various retail, hospitality, stands, pop-ups, events, projects: Pre-design, SD, DD (ESQ, APS, APD)
- Lead SD and DD (APS, APD) phases, prepare specification books
- Translate creative sketches into 2D/3D drawings based on documents produced by the design team (3D images, sketches, drawings)
- Support creative concepts with technical solutions
- Prepare presentation documents (guidelines) with sketches and technical plans
- Research references, images, materials, finishes, architectural and/or furniture details
- Collaborate with the internal design team
- Collaborate with external designers and suppliers
- Participate in client calls
- **Qualities & characteristics**:

- Degree in architecture/interior architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD: blocks, parameters, etc.
- Proficiency in Sketchup
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), knowledge of rendering software (Vray, Keyshot, etc.) is an asset
- Knowledge of safety standards: ERP, PMR
- Experience in the Retail, Hospitality, Luxury industries
- Hand drawing skills, sketching
- Professional level in English
- Meticulous and autonomous
- Enjoys working in a team
