Créée en 2007 par quatre entrepreneurs issus du milieu des télécoms, Sewan est née d’un constat. Les entreprises rencontrent encore trop de complexité dans leur transition numérique. Aujourd’hui, ce sont plus de **850 000 utilisateurs** en entreprise qui travaillent au quotidien avec les solutions cloud de Sewan, en **France et en Europe**. Sewan s’appuie sur un réseau de **1000 partenaires distributeurs** et compte **75 000 clients** entreprises.
Après 3 acquisitions en Espagne, en Belgique et en Allemagne, Sewan entend étendre son influence en Europe et a réalisé en 2019 une **levée de fonds record de 75M€.**

Description du poste*
Main mission - European Level*
Manager of the System Team, the European System Manager is in charge to maintain and deploy the global Sewan’s System infrastructures (Sewan and Legacy).
He has the responsibility to ensure the rationalization, the capacity planning, and the deployment of all the new platforms.
He delivers a European vision and the respect of the best practices for all countries.
He Identify and contribute to process improvements within the System team.

- Strong management experience
- Fluent written/spoken in English.
- At least 5 years system engineer experience with hosting operator.
- A detailed, working, and theoretical knowledge of virtualization, storage and information management.

Management Component
- Define European Operation strategy and organization
- Leading organizational meetings
- Management of the team's schedules and projects
- Definition and follow-up of individual objectives
- Interactions with different departments of the company in different country as project managers, purchasing, legal sales and pre-sales, and support team
- Lead infrastructure evolution and consolidation projects
- Work on automation Definition
- Technological monitoring and documentation of solutions and tools implemented
- Maintenance of the internal information system
- Management of interventions and escalations with our suppliers
- Reporting and capacity planning
- Level 3 support
