**Votre futur job, si vous l'acceptez?**

Vous êtes responsable de la politique fournisseurs concernant un département du Support Engineering chez notre partenaire Airbus Helicopters. Vous intégrerez un plateau de l'ingénierie de support chargé d'assurer le support technique client et de réaliser toute la documentation de maintenance permettant aux clients d'exploiter et d'assurer la mise en service de leurs hélicoptères selon les règles aéronautiques et les meilleures conditions possibles.

**Votre rôle et vos responsabilités seront les suivantes**:
Piloter la stratégie de sous-traitance opérationnelle ou métier (revues annuelles et trimestrielles),

Définir les processus, les rôles et responsabilités, les modèles de communications, le calendrier annuel,... pour la maîtrise du pilotage de la stratégie,

Consolider les prévisions de charge de travail des différents programmes par activités,

Définir la meilleure stratégie de répartition des activités entre les fournisseurs, en capitalisant le RETEX des équipes AH et des prestataires externes,

Analyser et suivre le plan de développement (qualification / capacité) des prestataires externes,

Gérer les contrats existants et leurs évolutions : prendre en compte les demandes provenant à la fois des équipes AH et des prestataires externes, analyser et identifier des accords techniques et commerciaux entre les parties, appliquer les processus internes (procurement, purchase, etc.) pour mettre à jour les contrats,

Résoudre les réclamations contractuelles : analyser les réclamations provenant d'AH ou des fournisseurs, définir des solutions pour gérer et clôturer les réclamations

Organiser des revues de performance des contrats pour analyser la performance du contrat à la fois du point de vue de AH et du fournisseur. Générer des KPI, analyser les performances, animer les réunions et gérer les plans d'amélioration associés,

Contribuer aux projets d'amélioration du département Support Engineering impliquant des fournisseurs ou ayant un impact contractuel,

Contribuer aux projets informatiques pour optimiser la performance de l'équipe et/ou impactant les prestataires externes

Contribuer au suivi des Risques & Opportunités en interne (département Support) et en externe (prestataires)

En tant que Supplier Policy Officer, vous serez potentiellement amené à gérer des aspects juridiques / administratifs (audit et formation à la gestion de prestations externes, plan de préventions, etc.),.et contribuer aux prochains appels d'offres et à la stratégie ?Make or Buy?.

**Etes-vous notre futur talent ?**

Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent

Vous justifiez d'une expérience en gestion de projet et en management transversal / fonctionnel

Idéalement vous avez une expérience de travail dans le domaine du support aéronautique

Vous êtes autonome, curieux(se), rigoureux(se), très bien structuré(e) et organisé(e). Vous avez un esprit de synthèse et êtes orienté(e) vers la résolution de problèmes.
