By joining CMA CGM Academy, you will integrate a team of passionate people who challenge themselves around an ambitious corporate objective.
As an HR officer, you are part of the Academy Back Office.
You implement each learning solution to meet employees’ requirements, ensuring compliance with training legislation, HR policy and allocated budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- You test and deploy internationally the new digital features of the Academy (attendance, quality, etc) according to our TMS and LMS
- You define the new training management processes
- You support the international HR network to guarantee the training processes implementation
- You answer operational questions from the international HR network (digital tools, reporting requirements)
- You define and produce reports and follow up on the Academy KPIs

You are interested in managing complex projects, associated with digital tools.
You are comfortable with office tools.
You are fluent in English (speaking and writing).
