Nous recherchons un(e) **Sales Representative** passionné(e) et dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe en pleine expansion. Vous serez un acteur clé de notre stratégie commerciale, responsable du développement de notre portefeuille clients, principalement composé de commerçants asiatiques, de restaurants et de petites usines. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne motivée par les défis, désireuse de contribuer à la croissance de l'unique fournisseur d'énergie dédié à la communauté asiatique en France.
Responsabilités
- Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients B2B potentiels, notamment dans les secteurs de la restauration, des commerces et des industries.
- Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients existants, en veillant à leur satisfaction continue.
- Présenter nos produits et services énergétiques de manière claire et convaincante, en mettant l'accent sur les bénéfices pour les entreprises asiatiques.
- Négocier les contrats et conclure des ventes, en veillant à maximiser la satisfaction client et les résultats de l'entreprise.
- Analyser les besoins spécifiques des clients pour proposer des solutions énergétiques adaptées.
- Suivre les performances commerciales et travailler à l'atteinte des objectifs fixés.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes pour assurer un service client de premier ordre.
Profil recherché
- Disposez d'une expérience réussie dans un rôle similaire, avec une expertise en B2B, idéalement dans le secteur commercial ou énergétique.
- Maîtrisez le chinois (mandarin), en plus du français, pour faciliter les interactions avec notre clientèle.
- Avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation, capables de bâtir une relation de confiance avec nos partenaires.
- Êtes autonome, organisé(e), et doté(e) d'un bon sens du relationnel, avec la capacité de travailler efficacement sous pression.
- Êtes motivé(e) par l'opportunité de rejoindre une entreprise innovante et en pleine croissance, avec un intérêt pour le secteur de l'énergie.
