**Description du coordonnateur de la production et de la logistique**
Notre client dans le domaine de la signalétique et de la fabrication de présentoirs est à la recherche d'un(e) coordonnateur de production et de logistique pour compléter son équipe à Paris, en France. Relevant du directeur général, vous gérerez les achats de matières premières, la planification des matières et le processus de production en sous-traitance des produits manufacturés de nos clients, tout en maintenant les normes de qualité, dans le but d’augmenter la productivité et la rentabilité. Notre client est à la recherche d’une personne ayant au moins trois (3) ans d’expérience en planification de production dans le domaine de la fabrication. Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez être motivé, avoir le souci du détail et être capable de gérer efficacement plusieurs priorités. De solides compétences en communication sont essentielles pour développer et maintenir des relations avec l’équipe de production et les fournisseurs sous-traités. Il s’agit d’une excellente opportunité au sein d’une organisation en pleine croissance et de longue date, où vous travaillerez au sein d’une petite équipe soudée avec des marques de renommée nationale et internationale comme clients.
**Responsabilités du coordonnateur de la production et de la logistique**
- Gérer l’équipe de production en sous-traitance, définir les exigences et vérifier l’achèvement
- Planifier les commandes de matières premières, définir les délais et s’assurer qu’ils sont respectés
- Assurer le respect des spécifications techniques et des prix de fabrication établis
- Surveiller et contrôler les stocks dans le respect des directives relatives aux exigences financières
- Collaborez avec des équipes interfonctionnelles
- Communiquer les exigences de qualité ; s’assurer que les processus et les normes sont respectés
- Aligner les exigences de qualité avec les attentes des clients ; Gérer les problèmes de qualité
- Mener des activités d’achat de matières premières et de produits finis
- Assurer l’approvisionnement adéquat et planifier l’exécution des délais
- Optimiser les matériaux et les composants pour répondre aux exigences de la commande
- Rechercher et négocier avec les fournisseurs pour la rentabilité tout en maintenant la qualité
- Participer à la sélection des fournisseurs ; acheter des matériaux et évaluer les fournisseurs
- S’assurer que le fournisseur livre le produit/matériel à temps avec une qualité standard
- Établir des données de coût standard pour les produits en stock
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour établir des processus de contrôle des coûts
**Qualifications du coordinateur de production et de logistique**
- 3+ ans d’expérience en planification de production dans le domaine de la fabrication requis
- Expérience en logiciel ERP requise
- Permis de conduire et accès à un véhicule fiable et personnel requis
- Déplacements : Jusqu’à 1 voyage par mois requis
- Maîtrise de l’anglais (B1 minimum) requise

**Production & Logistics Coordinator Description**

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage the purchasing of raw materials, material planning and the subcontracted production process of our client’s manufactured products, while maintaining quality standards, with the goal of increasing productivity and profitability. Our client is looking for someone with at least three (3) years of production planning experience in manufacturing. To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated, detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills are essential in developing and maintaining relationships with the subcontracted production team and suppliers.
