**Le poste de Business Partner est un poste clé dans le développement d’agap2. Vous serez un accélérateur de croissance pour les Business Managers avec qui vous allez travailler, an alliant RH et business au quotidien notamment en**:

- Mettant en place une stratégie de recrutement adaptée aux développement commercial de votre environnement

**Pour aider à cela vous aurez pour rôle d’accompagner les Business Managers, notamment en**:

- Analysant votre secteur d’activité et les demandes clients
- Participant aux rendez-vous de prospection commerciale

**Être business Partner c’est s’ouvrir le champ des possibles et s’offrir l’opportunité d’accéder à un poste de Business Manager ou de RH sénior **

**— Vous êtes issu(e) ou en cours d’une formation bac+3 ou 5 **d’école de commerce ou équivalent

**— Vous n’avez pas d’expérience ? **Ce n’est pas un problème nous recrutons avant tout des personnalités et des potentiels

**— Vous êtes** dynamique, curieux, persuasif, ambitieux et doté d’un bon relationnel. Le challenge ne vous fait pas peur ? Le monde de l’ingénierie non plus ?
