**L'entreprise**
CTG est un groupe de conseil et d'ingénierie créé il y a plus de 55 ans aux Etats Unis. Stardust est une société spécialisée dans le Testing Digital depuis 2011 : a rejoint le groupe CTG en 2020 pour développer l'offre de test pour le groupe en France.

Présents à Paris et à Marseille, nous intervenons auprès de nos clients tant en proximité en intégrant nos compétences directement au sein des équipes client, qu'en mode projet avec des équpes dans nos centres de Delivery.

**Description du poste**
Au sein de notre équipe commerciale, vous participerez au développement notre portefeuille et à la fidélisation de nos clients existants.

**A ce titre, vos principales missions reposeront sur 2 axes**:
**Business Development**
- Développer et animer un portefeuille clients qui vous sera confié
- Détecter les opportunités de croissance et assurer une veille de marché sur votre périmètre
- Contribuer et participer à la mise en place d’une stratégie de prospection inbound et outbound en collaboration avec la Direction
- Identifier les problématiques clients et être à même de les conseiller afin de proposer en collaboration avec nos équipes Avant-Vente une solution adaptée à leurs besoins
- Représenter l’entreprise lors de salons professionnels et évènements divers

**Pilotage commercial**
- Piloter les leads commerciaux depuis l’acquisition en passant par l’élaboration de la proposition commerciale jusqu’au closing et également le suivi de la contractualisation sur l’ensemble des phases de delivery
- Elaboration des propositions techniques et commerciales en collaboration avec notre équipe Avant-Vente.
- Négocier les accords commerciaux en corrélation avec la stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise : renouvellement de contrats, nouveaux contrats, accord-cadres...
- Maitriser le CRM et assurer un reporting de qualité auprès de votre management
- Réaliser les suivis de mission des consultants en assistance technique conjointement avec notre Ressources Manager

**Profil recherché**
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’un bac +5 ou équivalent (Ecole de Commerce, Diplôme d’Ingénieur, Master )
- Vous avez plus de 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Account Executive/Account Manager, de préférence pour une société de services, idéalement dans le domaine du test
- Vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, d’un fort esprit d’équipe et d’un sens prononcé du service et de la qualité
- La négociation commerciale n’a plus de secret pour vous, vous alliez rigueur et proactivité pour garantir la satisfaction clients
- Vous parlez anglais couramment
