**Your work environment**
Within the Group, you will join the **Group Performance Management department.**
**Your job and daily missions**
- Manage the agenda of the Head of Group Performance Management.
- Organize and schedule meetings, including meeting with Group top executives and external third parties, for the Head of Group Performance Management and the Heads of sub-departements.
- Organize traveling arrangements for the Head of Group Performance Management, the Heads of sub-departements and their teams.
- Perform multifaceted general office support (purchases, expense accounts,).
- Collaborate with other executive and administrative assistants throughout the organization to ensure smooth execution and high-quality service.
**Votre profil**:
- Networking skills to interact within and outside the organization.
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Sound research skills and attention to detail.
- Appetite to learn and understand the environment.
- Experience of managing complex diaries and travel arrangements.
- Highly discreet and confidential.
- Fluent or bilingual French/English (written and oral).
- Anticipate needs and proactively bring together resources to fill these needs.
