Prestation de Project Management Officer CRM

La Direction de la Croissance des Offres au sein de la Direction du Numérique d?un important acteur dans l?industrie des médias a pour mission de mener des projets transverses en relation notamment avec les Direction Data, Direction Technique, Direction Produit et au service des éditeurs de contenus et de services.
Dans ce contexte, la Direction de la Croissance des Offres souhaite être accompagnée par une prestation de Project Management Officer, en charge du suivi de l?exécution des projets de l?équipe CRM et du bon déploiement des uses cases définis par l?équipe.
Il aura notamment en charge la mise en place et l?animation des processus de synchronisation transverses aux équipes (Produit, Data et Tech notamment) et leur bonne coordination pour augmenter la performance, et améliorer la transversalité des sujets et le delivery des projets CRM conformément à sa roadmap et dans le respect des obligations réglementaires, des procédures, des budgets et des normes de qualité.
Prestation attendue et livrables:
- Identification, communication et redistribution des besoins de l?équipe CRM vis-à-vis des autres équipes concernées (Produit, Tech, Data) et son suivi, pour une bonne priorisation de ces besoins et synchronisation des roadmaps
- Accompagnement des équipes CRM dans le cadrage et le pilotage des projets, et la synchronisation transverse aux équipes : formalisation des besoins des équipes CRM, organisation et animation des ateliers et réunions transverses liées à l?avancée de ces projets, rédaction de comptes rendus, échange avec les équipes impactées pour identifier la meilleure solution aux besoins de l?équipe CRM
- Compréhension du périmètre de l?équipe CRM dans sa globalité (avoir une vue d?ensemble sur son contexte et son environnement)
- Identification des freins et des dysfonctionnements de l?organisation internes à l?équipe CRM mais aussi dans son mode de collaboration avec les équipes impactées (Produit, Tech, Data notamment) afin de les améliorer
- Participation à certaines cérémonies agiles des équipes Produit et Data (Data Reviews, PI Planning )
- Elaboration et suivi des plannings, garant du respect des deadlines des jalons et des livraisons
- Formation à ces évolutions et production de documentation à destination des utilisateurs métiers

Expertise dans la gestion de projet et l?animation d?équipes transverse, notamment:
- L?animation d?équipes en transverse de diverses expertises (CRM, Produit, Data, Design, Technique, ),
- La définition et le respect des plannings en collaboration avec l?équipe CRM / Data / Produit/Tech/Design,
- Identification des risques et les leviers,
- Préparation d?une roadmap,
- Rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles sous forme de user stories ?
- Gestion de plusieurs tâches en simultané,
- Maîtrise de l?analyse de données,
- Formalisation et la documentation des process (Miro, PPT ),
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et de ticketing,
Profil recherché pour la réalisation de la prestation:
Profil senior avec une expérience en gestion fonctionnelle de projets numériques de plus de 4 ans.
