Créée en janvier 2020, Lauxera Capital Partners est une société de gestion indépendante basée en France (Paris) et aux Etats-Unis (San Francisco). Cette société a lancé son premier fonds de scale-up en Private Equity, Lauxera Growth I, de plus de 260 millions d’euros sous gestion. Lauxera Growth I investit dans les pépites françaises et européennes de la Healthtech qui ont déjà passé toutes les étapes cliniques pour les aider à s’internationaliser, en particulier aux États-Unis, et en faire des champions mondiaux de leur catégorie.

**L’équipe**

Au niveau senior, l’équipe est constituée de trois associés-fondateurs et de deux Partners:

- **Pierre Moustial**, ancien Directeur Général du Groupe Urgo, président de l’association Medtech in France, ancien d’HEC.
- **Samuel Levy**, médecin-entrepreneur ayant levé plus de 75 millions de dollars dans sa précédente société (Allurion Technologies), ancien d’Harvard et McKinsey.
- **Alex Slack**, investisseur (PE / VC / public equity) spécialisé dans la santé et basé à San Francisco, ancien d’Harvard et McKinsey.
- **Edoardo Fracchia**, investisseur (PE) passé par Idinvest, BlackFin Capital Partners et Eurazeo, ancien de l’ESCP.
- **Victor Decrion, **l’ancien associé et co-fondateur de Five Arrows, branche PE de Rothschild & Co. Ancien d’HEC et Science Po.

**L’offre**

Lauxera Capital Partners cherche un.e stagiaire à partir de janvier 2024 pour une durée de 6 mois à Paris(Av. de Friedland). Il s’agit d’une expérience dans une Société de Capital Investissement, reconnue dans le secteur du Private Equity, au sein d’une équipe à taille humaine cherchant à se développer.

Le stagiaire fera partie intégrante de l’équipe finance aux côtés des fondateurs, il participera pleinement à tous les comités opérationnels de la société (compliance, finance, gestion des risques, communication, deal flow etc ) mais également à toutes les étapes du suivi des participations.

**Missions**

En tant que Chief of Staff to CFO, vous serez le bras droit de la CFO de Lauxera, et vous contribuerez à diverses missions dans tous les aspects du fonctionnement de la société de gestion et des fonds. Vous aurez l’occasion de travailler sur des projets transverses et d’acquérir une riche expérience dans le secteur du Private Equity, tout en développant des compétences essentielles en compliance, finance et gestion. Vous serez amené.e à travailler sur les projets suivants
- Compliance
- Production des documents pour satisfaire les exigences règlementaires en étroite collaboration avec notre prestataire.
- Participer à la revue annuelle des procédures et modes opératoires de conformité.
- Participation à l’élaboration du plan de contrôle annuel et réaliser des contrôles de 2ndniveau définis dans le plan de conformité et de contrôle interne en collaboration avec l’équipe.
- Organiser la remontée des indicateurs clés et rapports de conformité dans le respect des délais impartis.
- Finance de la société de gestion et du fonds
- Contribuer à l’élaboration des budgets et des prévisions de trésorerie de la société de gestion et des fonds
- Suivre des positions des investisseurs et préparer des bulletins de souscriptions / transfert
- Suivre les règlements et les facturations auprès de la banque
- Assister dans la surveillance des flux de trésorerie et de facturation de la société et des fonds
- Gérer les reportings trimestriels du Fonds
- Participer activement aux comités opérationnels hebdomadaires
- Conduire les diligences de connaissance (KYC) nécessaires à l’entrée en relations des investisseurs et des investissements (deals à l’actif)
- Investor relations & levée de fonds _en collaboration avec Investor Relations Manager_
- Soutenir l’IR sur les demandes quotidiennes des investisseurs
- Produire les documents de Due Diligence pour des investisseurs
- Soutenir l’IR dans la création des documents marketing

**Le profil recherché**
- Compétences analytiques poussées et maîtrise de la suite Office (Excel, Powerpoint).
- Intérêt fort pour la conformité et la règlementation en Private Equity,
- Un esprit entrepreneurial avec une passion pour la création d’entreprise (en l’occurrence le fonds) et la dimension opérationnelle que cela implique.
- Volonté de s’impliquer, d’être responsabilisé et exposé, pour travailler en interaction directe avec les associés.
- Rigueur, motivation, curiosité et forte capacité d’organisation.
- Excellent niveau en anglais.
- Expérience préalable en droit et/ou en conseil appréciée.
