**About the team**: At DataDome, we have been experiencing a strong period of growth as a direct result of increased efficiency and productivity. To continue this trajectory, we're searching for a highly qualified chief of staff to work closely with our leadership & executive team. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will help shift the focus of the business from launching to scaling by creating efficiency within the organisation.
**Your scope**:You will be more specifically in charge of**:
- **Corporate leadership**
- Ensure all leadership Teams are aligned and working together towards DataDome's strategic path.
- Assist our executive & leadership Teams with decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Own the planning of executive & leadership meetings: team cadence meetings, offsites, board meetings, etc.
- Prepare communication materials for internal stakeholders, including all-hands meetings, slide decks for leadership cadence meetings, internal newsletters & and other critical executive presentations.
- Add structure and process to drive strategic prioritisation, alignment and outcomes from Executive meetings, OKR goals setting, Leadership cadence, company annual kick-offs, etc.
- **OKR & masterplan design and alignment**
- Contribute to establishing company-wide metrics/KPIs to ensure alignment and clear objectives across the company
- Be a partner to the Executive Team to drive the company's master plan & OKRs.
- Ensure transparency and overview of the strategic OKR goals & the Company's masterplan
- OKR Quality Control: ensure that Objectives are clear and measurable and that the expected values and metrics are well defined
- **Investors relations**
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for investors and the board of directors, including preparation of board meetings, in partnership with key executives.
- Manage investor relations including maintaining reporting, communications, and community-building between DataDome and existing/new investors
**It would be great if**:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
- 3 years of experience in a fast-paced organization
- 4 years in management consulting or 2 years in management consulting + 2 years in business operations at a startup
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate, foster relationships and work cross-functionally, especially with global, diverse teams in multiple time-zones
- Highly skilled at guiding and aligning multiple stakeholders toward an outcome
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; impeccable attention to detail
- Consulting experience, with a focus on management
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- Nimble business mind focused on developing creative solutions
- Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
- Experience across many countries (global experience) - France + US a plus
