La Business Unit Constructions Neuves France accompagne le groupe EDF dans le cadre des programmes d’investissement du Grand Carénage pour l’extension de durée de vie des centrales existantes et ses projets de nouveaux réacteurs, de la conception jusqu’à la construction et la mise en service.

En support des équipes d’ingénierie d’EDF, nos switchers interviennent à tous les stades de la réalisation des plus grands projets nucléaires : finalisation du projet Flamanville 3 et son passage en exploitation, réalisation du projet Hinkley Point C (Angleterre), conception et préparation des projets EPR2 (France) et Sizewell C (Angleterre).

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Aider à l’examen des documents des enregistrements de qualité à vie (LTQR), du certificat de libération de la qualité (QRC) et de l’examen du plan d’inspection et de test (ITP);
- Participer à l’identification des activités liées à la qualité (AQR) ;
- Aider à développer et à maintenir des relations efficaces avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, y compris les entités d’inspection sous contrat (pour la fabrication hors site en particulier, la Direction Industrielle est un acteur clé).
- Aider à garantir que la surveillance de la fabrication par contrat est appliquée dans une approche graduée de la fonction de sécurité de l’équipement et de l’importance du projet grâce à la surveillance des Offres et suivi des performances des organismes de contrôle sollicités (ex : Direction Industrielle) ;
- Aider à assurer l’efficacité globale des ITP soumis par les fournisseurs, en vérifiant qu’ils sont adaptés à l’objectif du point de vue de la qualité et ont été Correctement distribués aux parties internes concernées pour examen et annotation des activités auxquelles ils souhaitent assister ;
- Le cas échéant, aider à surveiller les témoins d’inspection planifiés et les points d’arrêt marqués dans l’ITP / les plans qualité / les documents de suivi (FUD) du fournisseur grâce à des inspections conjointes;
- Coordonner, surveiller et améliorer l’efficacité de l’examen de la documentation qualité et, le cas échéant, des activités d’inspection effectuées par l’inspection sous-traitée
- Aider à coordonner et à diriger l’examen et l’acceptation par NNB de la documentation de qualité pertinente fournie par les entrepreneurs ;
- Soutenir le suivi et la résolution technique des non-conformités, y compris la gestion des corrections et des actions correctives ;
- Aider à identifier les besoins d’audits de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et soutenir l’audit de celle-ci.

- Aider à fournir des rapports réguliers au responsable de la gestion de la qualité.

PROFIL
- Le poste nécessite des connaissances sur la réalisation de projets, de préférence dans le secteur de l’énergie nucléaire, avec un accent particulier sur la qualité des projets, avec une solide compréhension de l’assurance qualité et du contrôle qualité dans les projets d’ingénierie, d’approvisionnement, de fabrication, de construction et de commissioning.
- Bon Communicant, capable de préparer du matériel de présentation et à l’aise pour s’adresser à des individus, à de petits groupes.
- Capable de soutenir et de mettre en œuvre des solutions pratiques, tout en restant ouvert aux idées des autres.
- Analyse des données, préparation de rapports et formulation de recommandations.
- La capacité d’influencer et de fournir un défi constructif qui est accepté par les autres.
- Proactif et flexible, bonne capacité de planification et autonome.
- Capable de travailler en équipe et bonne communication interpersonnelle.
- Courant en langue anglaise.
