About the Role
Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join its Global IT team in Montrouge, France. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating IT projects related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Pilot and coordinate IT project deliverables, ensuring timely and quality delivery in line with established project methodologies and tools.
- Oversee the development of detailed project specifications, including GAD, RPAD, DAD, User story, Technical Story, and BDD tests.
- Lead testing phases, including integration, UAT, and NR, ensuring automated testing and integration with the CI/CD pipeline.
- Evaluate project risks, proposing mitigation plans and ensuring quality controls are in place, including code reviews and security checks.
- Define resource and skill requirements, ensuring alignment with project needs.
- Ensure smooth project execution, from development to deployment, and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare and lead project governance meetings.
