**Vous serez responsable de**:
Le responsable QHE est le représentant de la Direction en matière de Qualité, Hygiène et Environnement.
A ce titre et en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur de Site il élabore et anime la mise en place de la politique de Qualité Totale (y compris Créaprint) dans le cadre de la politique du groupe.
Par délégation d’autorité de la part du Directeur de Site, il a la responsabilité de coordonner les actions nécessaires pour assurer:
- L’amélioration de la Qualité dans un souci de plus grande compétitivité de l’entreprise, de satisfaction optimale des clients, de préservation de la sécurité sanitaire des produits.
- Mettre en place et animer la démarche Qualité Hygiène Environnement et sécurité alimentaire au sein de l’entreprise. Et être le représentant du processus au sein du CODIR.
- Superviser, coordonner, animer les actions de qualification puis le suivi de tous les moyens : processus, procédés, fournitures, fournisseurs et sous-traitant, équipements, compétences humainesliées à la Qualité.
- S’assurer que l’ensemble de l’activité produite:
- est conforme aux prescriptions législatives et réglementaires;
- est mise en œuvre conformément aux dispositions préétablies;
- est adaptée pour atteindre les objectifs visés;
- Garantir le suivi de la certification FSC du site et la bonne maîtrise de la démarche FSC et de la chaîne de contrôle.
**Vous êtes**:
- De formation Ingénieur Industriel / QHSE. Vous possédez une expérience confirmée de minimum 7 ans dans le secteur industriel.
- Vous disposez d'une bonne capacité de communication, à l'oral comme à l'écrit en Français et en Anglais.
- Bon contact, Leadership, Organisation et Planification, Sens de la précision et Esprit analytique sont vos atouts pour réussir cette mission.
- Vous maitrisez la réglementation et les référentiels associés à votre activité, notamment les certifications. Vous avez la capacité d’animer un groupe de travail
