We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Quality Manager Key Accounts to join our team in France. In this role, you will be responsible for directing all BD Pharmaceutical Systems Quality Management activities for assigned key customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction for assigned key customers in the region
- Facilitate expert-to-expert discussions between BD and the client on quality issues
- Negotiate BD's quality position with the client, if required, on quality issues
- Monitor and manage quality initiatives and issues with the applicable client base
- Proactively manage the triage, escalation and closure of priority, high risk and escalated customer complaints
- Bring the voice of the customer to BD projects and future development
- Manage issues affecting customers, prioritising quality and compliance driven solutions that meet company standards
- Negotiate contractual quality agreements where appropriate
- Lead the review and negotiation of specifications with customer(s)
- Be accountable for customer related quality issues to regional and global marketing teams
- Effectively navigate and lead change and build stakeholder engagement focused on win-win solutions
**Profile required**:
- Higher education
- Minimum 5 to 8 years' experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices or other regulated fields (mainly GMP, GLP, GCP)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in quality assurance, quality control, quality systems and/or regulatory compliance
- Ability to communicate effectively with high-level pharmaceutical customers
- Technical writing experience required (English)
- May require up to 25-40% travel
- Courage and leadership vision
- Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
