Talents Executive est le cabinet de recrutement du Top Management et du Middle Management. Nous avons pour vocation d'accompagner les entreprises dans la recherche de leurs collaborateurs clés (cadres, cadres dirigeants et experts) sur l'ensemble de leurs fonctions support : Finance, Ressources Humaines, Juridique, Paie, Marketing / Communication, Achats / Supply Chain.

TALENTS EXECUTIVE est un cabinet de

recrutement qui a pour vocation d'accompagner les entreprises dans la

recherche de leurs cadres.

Notre client est une start-up spécialisée dans la gestion des

flottes informatiques des entreprises. Son ambition est de réduire

les coûts et le temps dédiés à la gestion IT.

Vous serez responsable de la vente des services aux grands comptes. Votre objectif principal sera

d'établir et de maintenir des relations avec les décideurs clés, de comprendre leurs défis commerciaux et de positionner l'offre comme la solution idéale.

**Description du profil**:
Pour exceller dans ce rôle, vous devez posséder les qualifications et compétences suivantes:

- Expérience avérée de succès dans les ventes B2B. Une expérience dans l'industrie SaaS est hautement souhaitable.
- Sens aigu des affaires et capacité à comprendre les besoins et les défis complexes des clients.
- Capacité démontrée à établir et à entretenir des relations avec des cadres supérieurs et des intervenants clés.
- Capacité à développer des stratégies de vente efficaces adaptées à chaque compte cible.
- Prospérer dans un environnement de démarrage en évolution

rapide. Soyez flexible et adaptable aux priorités changeantes et à la dynamique du marché.
- Motivé pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente. Solides compétences en négociation et en conclusion pour conclure des ententes dans les délais spécifiés.
