Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at W Executive.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive growth in our fintech business. This includes building strong relationships with key decision-makers in the investment community, aligning sales efforts with company goals, and managing a pipeline of new leads from initial contact to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in the investment community, including asset management firms, hedge funds, and corporate investment teams.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure sales efforts align with company objectives.
  • Manage a pipeline of new leads from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent understanding of finance and asset management, particularly equity-focused.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or finance, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical products clearly to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Resilient and driven by a passion for finance and sales.
What We Offer:

A competitive estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
