In order to achieve our goals, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to assist our CEO

As an Executive Assistant at Skeepers, you are the right arm to the CEO to vetting internal and external queries in the most efficient way as possible.

The position is ideal for a highly organized talent with great time management skills and ability to act without guidance.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO managing the day-to-day operations of the CEO office
- Perform calendar management based on evolving business needs including scheduling, planning, scribing and tracking follow up
- Manage and organize CEO agenda, logistics and coordination
- Plan and provide support on meetings and events
- Create professional looking decks for business presentations
- Collect business data and intelligence in preparation of key business meetings
- Draft, document and store official memos
- Be the contact person for senior leaders and team members by setting-up meetings, following-up deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of initiatives
- Provide support to executive committee (Comex) members as needed

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years’ experience as Executive Assistant preferred
- Fluency in English and French
- Detail and result-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and adaptable to various competing demands
- Thorough knowledge (and taste for) Microsoft Office Suite and all tech related stuff. More specifically ability to draft professional powerpoint presentation, build excel spreasheet reports and prepare/manage collaborative meetings on Teams (including the ability to supervise the setup of relevant hardware)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with a taste for day-to-day activities optimization
- Solution-oriented and natural inclination to take initiatives, plan and act swiftly
- Like performing multiple task and not afraid of context switching
- Business orientation mindset.
