Talent Management Officer Intern

The Talent Management Team has the responsibility to work on different workstreams to support the different levels of the organization: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Diversity & Inclusion and HR intelligence (KPi’s, dashboards, analytics).
**Talent Management:
- Help coordinate the Talent processes (Performance reviews, Talent reviews, Partnership, etc), provide results’ analysis and assess key indicators
- Proactively follow-up Talent process’ outcome (succession planning, internal mobility, training, partnership, career development) in coordination with the relevant HR stakeholders
- Evaluate and provide reports & metrics regarding the effectiveness of the organization’s talent strategies (incl. internal functional and geographical mobility, turnover, retention and diversity analytics).
- Take part in the implementation and follow up of the corresponding actions plans in relation with the local HR
- Provide support and information to the HR BP community on the various Talent process and related matters
**HR Transformation:
- Support the Talent officer in the implementation of new Talent & Performance management processes in the new Core HR (Oracle HCM)
- Contribute to the Change Management stream for new HR processes, being force of propositions for change initiatives
- Help build, coordinate and follow up on change management action plan
**Partnership:
- Accompany the development and deployment of programs to redefine the role of Partners within SCOR (ambassadors, network )
- Help design and implement the different communication strategies (to employees and to HR)
**HR engagement**
- Update regularly and be responsible for the release of the Internal Mobility Group Newsletter
- Be force of proposition to further improve the visibility and promote the initiative (internal social networks,)
**Diversity**:
- Partner with local HR and key actors within the Group to define and implement initiatives in favor of Diversity (gender, age, handicap) in Performance and Talent management processes
Identify relevant KPI for success to promote the results within the Group
**Innovation**:
- Provide regular benchmarks on the latest development & innovation in management, leadership
- Develop strategies to ensure keeping abreast of innovation
**Education**:
**Master’s Degree in Human Resources, in Business School or HR School **( End-of-study internship or gap year internship)
**Competencies**:
**Technical Skills**:
- Manage basic function of Pack Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Manage collaborative tools (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, etc)
**Situational Adaptability**:
- Passionate about engaging others in change agendas and bring them on the journey.
- Ability to get things done in a demanding environment
- Ability to play interface roles
- Good communication skills
**Languages**:
- Very good level of English and French
