Chez CFM, nous accueillons des chercheurs, ingénieurs informatiques et spécialistes de l’Asset Management du monde entier. Notre équipe RH travaille à proximité des managers et des équipes afin d’assurer le développement de chacun au sein de l’organisation et dénicher de nouveaux talents.

**VOS MISSIONS AU QUOTIDIEN**:

- Talent acquisition & Campus Management

Vous aurez la charge de notre population de stagiaires, de la mise en ligne de l’annonce de stage jusqu’à la fin de leur mission. A ce titre, vous effectuerez les missions suivantes:

- Rédaction d’annonces innovantes
- Identification et sélection des profils
- Organisation du processus de recrutement de A à Z
- Suivi des arrivées et de l’intégration des nouveaux stagiaires
- Animation de la population des stagiaires : organisation de déjeuners, team buildings etc
- Développement de notre stratégie campus management : participation à des forums de recrutement, mise en relation avec nos écoles partenaires, définition d’un planning de recrutement pour nos stagiaires
- Suivi de projets RH
- Participer au déploiement d’un questionnaire d’engagement ainsi que la définition d’un plan d’actions post-questionnaire
- Participer à d’autres missions ponctuelles en lien avec l’évaluation de la performance, la gestion des talents, la communication interne etc.

**COMPETENCES**:

- Vous êtes en dernière année d’Ecole de Commerce ou en Master 2 (RH / Psychologie ),
- Vous êtes passionné(e), motivé(e) et force de proposition,
- Vous êtes curieux et prêt(e) à vous intéresser aux métiers de l’informatique et de la finance,
- Vous êtes à l’aise pour interagir en anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
