**ABOUT THE TEAM**:
You will be joining the People Team whose main objective is to accompany D-EDGERs on a daily basis through our 4 values so that each of us feels good and integrated into the company. The team defines the company's HR policies and provides tools, training, processes, and career management services. In a nutshell, the team takes care of us and ensures that we have everything we need at our disposal to work in the best conditions.
The People Team is composed of 14 people.
You will be reporting to Iona Urtizverea Sztykman
**\uD83D\uDCBB YOUR SCOPE**:
You will have the opportunity to work on different projects within the People Team: Learning & Development, HR operations, Office Management, etc helping us to reach the team goals.
**\uD83C\uDFAF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:
- **Employee life cycle (30% of your time)**:
- Ensure the best onboarding of new D-EDGERs (on average 10 new ones per month - assignment starting September 2023).
- Ensure the best offboarding of the old ones.

Project management (70% of your time)**:
- Corporate Social Responsibility: find the best associations so that D-EDGERs can participate in actions for international associations
- Follow the training requests of the D-EDGERs
- Office Management: assisting the office manager team in their daily tasks (e.g. preparing a breakfast for D-EDGERs or organizing a board game night)
- Knowledge management: help in writing and translating HR processes into English or French.
