As a Marketing Manager Beauty SSU, you'll build an industry-leading portfolio of olfactive marketing capabilities, translating market and consumer trends into unique value propositions. You'll deliver clear communications, create impactful marketing content, and establish yourself as an expert. Shape trends and drive our brand's success across multiple locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Category Expertise: Develop deep expertise in consumer drivers, market trends, and brand positioning across categories.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CI, innovation, fragrance development, sales, and marketing to identify trends and build strategic category knowledge.
- Trend Anticipation & Strategy: Anticipate future consumer trends, translating insights into actionable strategies to fuel category innovation and differentiation.
- Client Inspiration & Content Creation: Create and share easy-to-use marketing content, including updated decks with market insights, technology, and olfactive trends.
- Innovation Support: Participate in ideation sessions for disruptive innovations and support the development of SSU innovation projects.
- Team & Knowledge Management: Manage junior marketing staff and facilitate sharing of insights, trends, and best practices within the global marketing community.

**You bring**:
- Industry Expertise: 5 years in Perfumery & Beauty, F&F, or FMCG with proven experience in development, sales, marketing, or consumer strategy across geographies. Master's in Business or a relevant field.
- Strategic Marketing & Analysis: Ability to conduct market analysis, assess consumer trends, and develop strategic marketing plans that drive differentiation and growth.
- Innovation & Data Proficiency: Foster innovation, using data to create effective marketing strategies, with mastery in creative marketing and olfactive understanding.
- Leadership & Team Management: Strong business acumen, capable of leading and aligning teams, with experience in managing people directly and indirectly.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellence in communication, capable of presenting to C-suite executives, and skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
