Nous recherchons un nouveau membre pour rejoindre la famille UTI Group: un ingénieur commercial en informatique (H/F) pour intégrer l'agence en charge de l'activité sur la région IDF.

Vos missions centrées sur des objectifs de développement commercial sont les suivantes:

- Participer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale et identifier les axes de développement
- Prospecter, développer un portefeuille de clients Grands Comptes multi-secteurs.
- Fidéliser nos clients historiques
- Travailler en collaboration avec le recrutement et détecter les talents techniques et humains de notre équipe de consultants en adéquation avec les besoins de vos clients
- Suivre le déroulement des missions et projets et manager les équipes techniques attribuées (une trentaine de collaborateurs)
- Vous justifiez d'une première expérience d'au moins 3 ans acquise au sein d'acteurs du secteur (ESN, Travail Temporaire) dans le secteur de l'ingénierie ou de l'IT
- Vous êtes dynamique, organisé, curieux et force de proposition
- Vous appréciez le sens du service, vous êtes créatif et vous disposez d'un très bon relationnel
- Statut Cadre
- Fixe + variable
- RTT
- Titres restaurant
- Participation au transport (Transport en commun - Trottinettes - Vélos)
- Assurance décès - invalidité
