As a leading player in the Parisian market, our Business Unit Open is a major player in the public sector. With over 170 employees, we work closely with our clients, large accounts, in their offices and also in our service center.

Our Business Unit has experienced significant growth since 2021: over 100 clients, €50 million in revenue in 2022, and €67 million in revenue in 2023.

Join Our Team:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and support our clients in the public sector in their IT projects.

You will have the opportunity to join a human and solidary team that will support you in your projects in management or in forfait.

What You Can Expect:

  • To define and implement an account strategy with public sector actors;
  • To present our business, technological, and digital offers during dedicated prospecting sessions;
  • To prospect and identify needs in technical assistance or project mode with IT directors;
  • To develop profitability and revenue by proposing various services, both in result-based engagements and technical assistance;
  • To collaborate with the Bid-Management team to manage responses to public tenders;
  • To negotiate tariffs in consultation with the purchasing director of your clients;
  • To contribute to the development of reference files;
  • To align recruitment needs with client demands in collaboration with our resource managers.

You're the Right Person for the Job If:

  • You have significant experience in selling IT services in ESN, ideally in the application domain for public sector clients;
  • You have led several complex sales, set up reference files, or responded to public tenders;
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and can work collaboratively in a benevolent logic;
  • You have the ability to generate commercial opportunities.
