Position: HRIS Technical Administrator

In the HRIS Division at Michael Page, the HRIS Technical Administrator is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the operational efficiency of production servers and applications in collaboration with the IT Division.
  • Overseeing the accessibility and functionality of testing environments, managing updates, and liaising with the Information Systems Division.
  • Administering the DSN exchange platform and managing the DSN environment.
  • Integrating corrective and progressive deliverables into both testing and production settings through a specialized operational interface.
  • Monitoring anomaly reports directed to the external application maintenance provider.
  • Supervising internal Talend interfaces and suggesting new automation opportunities.
  • Participating in technical updates and version enhancements associated with HR software maintenance.
  • Managing application access for the HR team and external maintenance providers.
  • Contributing to the technical dimensions of projects spearheaded by the HRIS Division in partnership with the Information Systems Division.

Candidate Profile: Seeking an Administrator or Technical Specialist with expertise in HR management systems. Must possess proficiency in Unix, Linux, and Talend ETL tools. Familiarity with user communication, IT support, and firewall management is essential.
