In addition to our full-service offer, we are also available for individual projects and components with our expertise.

**We are currently looking for Head of Material and Logistic (M/F/d) for our French branch i**n the area **of** Châlons-en-Champagne**

**Your duties and responsibilities**:

- Purchasing of components_
- Collaboration with Deutsche Windtechnik entities all over Europe
- Active support in day-to-day Service business
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
- Negotiation of prices
- Placing orders for components
- Invoicing Management
- Organisation of the Logistics Flows:_
- Management of internal orders for stock replenishment and new purchases
- Planning material flows to the service teams
- Commissioning, coordination and control of internal transport orders
- Optimization of the transport activities
- Organisation of Logistics for Maintenance and Servicing:_
- Data analysis
- Definition of strategic spare parts list
- Carrying out internal orders for stock replenishment
- Management of delivery notes and reporting
- Budget controlling
- Management of external and wind farm warehouses:_
- Organising and conducting permanent and annual stocktaking with the warehouses storekeepers
- Updating the minimum safety stocks of the warehouses
- Inventory analysis and optimisation based on maintenance needs
- Active optimisation of warehouse logistics

**Qualifications/ Skills/ Requirements**:

- Qualifications_
- Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or clerk for office management, preferably in the technical field
- Preferably professional experience in purchasing in the wind industry
- Commercial thinking
- Independent action as well as planning and organisational talent
- Communication skills and assertiveness
- Advanced knowledge of MS-Office and SAP / proAlpha or similar ERP systems
- Good command of English
- Valid Driver’s License
- Computer literate
- Competencies_
- Focused on teamwork, working with experienced and beginning colleagues and the willingness to take responsibility
- Problem-solving ability and working independently
- Work efficiently under pressure, juggle tasks and meet deadlines
- Clear and effective communications, underpinned by effective networks and stakeholder-management
- Capacity to prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly
- Excellent communicator with strong English skills, fluently spoken and written
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis and work flexibly in time and location
- Customer and service-oriented attitude
