Dans le cadre de son développement, Call Me BOSS est ainsi enthousiaste à l’idée d’accueillir un(e) Content Creator / Community Manager (H/F) qui aura un rôle essentiel et central au sein de l’entreprise.
Vous serez un/une « facilitateur(trice) » et contribuerez activement à la gestion des comptes de réseaux sociaux de nos clients.
Vous serez notamment chargé de la gestion des réseaux sociaux et de la création de contenus shorts pour les clients de l’agence.
De plus, si vos idées et votre créativité vous permettent d'améliorer et de faciliter les processus déjà en place, vous êtes celui ou celle qu'il nous faut
**VOS MISSIONS...**
**Community management & Content Planning**
- Élaboration de stratégies de contenus photo et graphisme
- Organisation de shoots photos
- Graphismes social média post feed et story
- Concevoir des conseils sur-mesure et des propositions de contenus.
- Participation à la réflexion stratégique lors de l'étape de conception (pré-projet),
- Création des plannings de publications
- Planification des publications
- Création de story quotidiennes
- Community management Instagram et Tiktok
- Modération des commentaires
**VOTRE PROFIL...**
- Vous avez une expérience de minimum 3 ans en tant que Community Manager et/ou Créateur de contenu sur les réseaux sociaux.
- Vous avez une expérience confirmée de minimum 2 ans sur les missions mentionnées
- Vous maîtrisez le pack office (principalement Word et Excel) et vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils numériques Google Suite
- Vous avez un portfolio solide et avez déjà géré les réseaux sociaux de plusieurs sociétés
- Vous avez une expérience de minimum 2 ans en agence
- Vous êtes organisé(e), polyvalent(e) et optimiste
- Vous êtes plein(e) d’entrain, enthousiaste, investi(e) et fiable
- Doté(e) d’une forte capacité d’adaptation, vous savez gérer de nombreuses tâches simultanément
- Vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel et un très bon sens du contact
- Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise de la langue française à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Vous maitrisez parfaitement les codes de Tiktok et instagram
- Vous avez une grande polyvalence et êtes reconnu(e) pour être une personne “couteau suisse”. Alors ce poste est fait pour vous

- Salaire BRUT entre 30.000€ et 40.000€/ ans + Nombreux avantages
