Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications of Moët Hennessy, the Corporate Communications Manager contributes to building Moët Hennessy’s global visibility, awareness and strengthen its reputation. Central to this endeavor is the development of the Moet Hennessy Corporate Comms platform and messaging and oversees its roll out both internally to business partners across the group and externally to all of its audiences. A focus will also be put on press relations, making sure Moet Hennessy maintains a relevant networks of journalists both in France and abroad to support and relay the group’s projects.

He/She will work closely with numerous departments on the corporate side of the business including the Corporate Social Responsibility team, communications executives in other affiliates and with the group’s 25 Maisons.

**Your main responsibilities will be**:

- **Corporate messaging (Moët Hennessy group)**

Develop, roll-out and eventually update a “database” of corporate messages

Focus on core messages (values, mission, ambition) and CSR commitments
- **Media relations management (Moët Hennessy group)**

Daily management of national/international press bureau for Moët-Hennessy.

Animating an international network of journalists in key outlets for each market

Monitor press clippings, ROI, potential media partnerships

Management of related tools (press review, alerting tools, dashboards)
- **International corporate communications co-management**

Participate in the coordination of the communication/marketing departments within the group (Hennessy, Champagne, China, UK, US, etc.)
- **Spokesperson content management**

Create and maintain up to date messages for identified spokespersons

Support in targeted media training prior to speaking engagements if needed
- **Operational corporate com and PR support for Brands**

Stay up to date on Maisons initiatives to have as illustrations for corporate topics

Seize opportunities to amplify Maisons initiatives to corporate targets

Support Maisons in need of zstrategic/operational help

**Profile**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Minimum 7-year experience in corporate communications with references in luxury or consumer goods.

**Languages**:

- Fluent in English,
- French is a plus (spoken and written)

**Personal & Interpersonal skills**:

- Doer, extremely organized and ability to prioritize.
- Outstanding writing skills is crucial to succeed in this position, along with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across different departments to eliminate silos and achieve aligned objectives.
- Strong knowledge of global media, both business-oriented and lifestyle (print and online).
