Job Description

Job Title: Corporate Communications Manager EMEA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications Manager to lead our EMEA communications strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communications plan to enhance our brand reputation, build stakeholder relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a corporate communications strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, investors, and employees
  • Design and implement 360° communication programs, including PR and social media platforms
  • Lead regional corporate press activities and corporate influence
  • Coordinate all communications players EMEA
  • Co-develop and promote SHISEIDO EMEA EIC commitments
  • Design Chairman and EMEA CEO communication plans
  • Work closely with crisis management and legal teams
  • Manage SHISEIDO EMEA social platforms
  • Develop a SHISEIDO EMEA social media roadmap
  • Set up a yearly editorial plan
  • Create or adapt content for social platforms
  • Monitor and report on communication actions
  • Standardize a media impact assessment system for all brands within the group
  • Manage SHISEIDO EMEA Sustainable & Innovation communication roadmap
  • Coordinate and support Brands' CSR communication
  • Manage external communication plan for the Chairman and President & CEO EMEA
  • Provide strategic and operational corporate com and PR support for Brands
  • Manage media relations support (consulting/operational)
  • Develop corporate topics with Brands
  • Manage spokespersons
  • Identify key potential partners for EMEA region
  • Develop a yearly roadmap including event and partnership to be supported by SHISEIDO EMEA

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 to 10-year experience in corporate communication in luxury, beauty, or pharmaceutical sector
  • Strong knowledge of global as well as trade media (print and online)
  • Strategic thinker
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely organized and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across different departments
  • Natural relationship builder with the ability to work well in complex and matrix environment
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
