Our Digital Brand Management team oversees the digital acceleration of Sephora’s top brand partners at European level. These experts roll up their sleeves and advise our brands on the best way to accelerate on digital, working closely with all Sephora European digital experts, omnichannel enthusiasts and local teams in 12 countries.
As a Digital Brand Manager, you will be responsible to support the digital acceleration of the assigned brands for the European region. You will be the key contact for these brands on all digital topics (including ecommerce, CRM and Social Media).
- You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_
- Establish and manage brand relationships for all digital topics, inclusive of online activations, conversion-oriented digital projects and data sharing.
- Develop and coordinate overall strategy for brand growth by defining a personalized digital roadmap with all levers allowing to improve performances, consistently in all Sephora’s online ecosystem (inclusive of Sephora’s websites in Europe and presence at Zalando).
- Support our Merchant team strategy and Offer priorities by building an adequate online animation strategy for each brand.
- Analyze all elements of the brands online to identify areas of opportunity and share relevant data with partners.
- Participate in all internal key meetings to guarantee project execution and perfect communication within all teams (CRM, Social Media, SephoraxZalando, Digital Studio, Merchant teams, Digital and Operationnal Marketing, etc ).
- Lead relevant key external meeting with brands (negotiation, kick-off for launches, digital business reviews, quarterly, monthly, bi-weekly meetings ).
- Together with Brand Partnership team, define the evolution of Sephora’s digital collaboration with brands, notably by identifying new activations, innovations, best practices in the digital world.- Higher education from a business school
- At least 5 years experience in the beauty / e-retail worlds, ideally with a pure player.
- Recognized for your teamwork and collaboration skill and you’re comfortable working with different teams, in different countries and leading projects cross functionally.
- Demonstrated ability to develop brand strategies.
- High-level problem solving and analytical skills, working well within ambiguity and navigating a complex business.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and complex environment
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills both in French and English.
