Within the EME Offer & Marketing Department, you will join the Brand Partnership team.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :_**
- Understand the challenges of each brand in the portfolio
- Build and lead collaboration and partnership with each brand in the portfolio in an omnichannel environment
- Define negotiation objectives in collaboration with the Category Management teams
- Define profitability objectives for each brand in line with company's commercial policy
- Ensure legal security for all agreements negotiated on an EME scope
- Ensure the listing negotiations as well as the legal formalization of new brands that will be entrusted to you
- Monitor the margin per brand and propose action plans if necessary
- Share internal reporting with the hierarchy and the European Offer team
- Take ownership and implement the brand's development strategy

- A degree from a business school or university equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in Category Management (Selective Retailing or Retail) or in negotiation (Selective Retailing or Retail)
- Good analytical and digital skills
- Excellent negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and desire to do the extra mile
- Ability to find solutions in an uncertain and complex context, results oriented
- Ability to be agile and adaptable in a European and omnichannel development context
- Good oral and public presentation skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Ability to integrate effectively into a matrix structure
- Organizational skills and thoroughness
- Product knowledge is a plus
- Fluent English

Au sein du département Offre & Marketing EME, vous rejoindrez l'équipe Brand Partnership.

Vous excellerez et vous épanouirez dans ce poste si vous êtes prêt à _**
- Comprendre les enjeux de chaque marque du portefeuille
- Construire et diriger la collaboration et le partenariat avec chaque marque du portefeuille dans un environnement omnicanal
- Définir les objectifs de négociation en collaboration avec les équipes de Category Management
- Définir des objectifs de rentabilité pour chaque marque en cohérence avec la politique commerciale de l'entreprise
- Assurer la sécurité juridique de tous les accords négociés sur un périmètre EME
- Assurer les négociations de référencement ainsi que la formalisation juridique des nouvelles marques qui vous seront confiées
- Suivre la marge par marque et proposer des plans d'action si nécessaire
- Partager le reporting interne avec la hiérarchie et l'équipe Offre Europe
- S'approprier et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de développement de la marque

N’hésitez plus à postuler si vous avez ou si vous êtes _**
- Diplôme d'une école de commerce ou équivalent universitaire.
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en Category Management (Distribution sélective ou Retail) ou en négociation (Distribution sélective ou Retail).
- Bonnes capacités analytiques et numériques.
- Excellentes capacités de négociation, force de persuasion et désir de faire un effort supplémentaire.
- Capacité à trouver des solutions dans un contexte incertain et complexe, orienté résultats.
- Capacité à être agile et adaptable dans un contexte de développement européen et omnicanal.
- Bonnes capacités de présentation orale et publique.
