- Nous recherchons un
- **Administrative and commercial coordinator** pour supporter la croissance de l'activité commerciale de nos gaz spéciaux en France. Vous serez localisé(e) sur l'un de nos sites en France (flexible) et rattaché(e) au Sales Manager Speciality Gases - Vous serez le relais administratif central de l'activité gaz spéciaux.**En tant que chargé administratif et commercial pour les gaz spéciaux, vos reponsabilités se décomposent en 3 parties**:

- 1) Support administratif et commercial de l'équipe de vente:_
- Administration des ventes, création, P&L, gestion des ouvertures de comptes (AAC, WB ) + nouveaux SH.
- Support sur les accords commerciaux ou contrats.
- Gestion compléte des outils Gaz Spéciaux (Mix Master, devis, Spec Gaz university ).
- Gestion autonome, formation et support dans l’utilisation du CRM.
- Gestion de l’organisation des événements commerciaux : (en accord avec MSU et plan Marketing).
- Contact clé dans la centralisation et la réponse aux appels d’offres (Jack in the box).
- Gestion de l’envoi du pack de Bienvenue suite signature clients > 5000 Euros. Fidélisation de la 1er livraison des nouveaux contrats.
- Support MSU/BDM/IAM pour organiser/diffuser/centraliser les documents de travail (fichiers/fascicules/Bubble).
- Réponse et support commerciaux des demandes clients « red-zone - sans BDM».
- 2) Support administratif et commercial de l'équipe IAM Gaz Spéciaux:_
- Support administratif aux IAMs GS (litige facture, déblocage commande.
- Support commercial aux IAMs GS (offre de prix, documents techniques-admins ).
- Back-up IAMs GS.
- 3) Internal Account Manager - Gestion des comptes stratégiques:_
- Administration des ventes de comptes Gaz Spéciaux stratégiques (Devis, ventes, admins, lien-logistique ).
- Fidéliser cette clientèle stratégique : suivre proactivement ce portefeuille de clientèle existante, détecter et mener à bien les opportunités, croissance, nouveaux besoins, nouveaux matériels.
- Développer une relation forte avec cette clientèle stratégique afin de s’assurer de leur « fidélité », développer les futures opportunités en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le BDM du secteur.
- Assurer que les problèmes administratifs et/ou commerciaux soient résolus dans les meilleurs délais.
- Reporting précis et professionnel via l’outil CRM d’Air Products, SFA.

**Compétences attendues**:

- Une première expérience dans la vente/administration des ventes est un atout important pour réussir dans ce poste.
- Vous avez un excellent relationnel et de bonnes aptitudes à la négociation. Perspicace, tenace et avec une forte aptitude à conclure les ventes.
- Capable de gérer sa fonction/travail en indépendance.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe, et faculté d’adaptation.
- Maîtriser les outils bureautiques/informatique. Pack office et logiciel interne.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, synthèse, outils office dont excel.
- Capacité de synthèse et d’analyse.
- Avoir le sens de l’initiative.
- Etre diplomate, savoir communiquer.
- Maîtriser les outils de communication.
- Règles de gestion administrative de l'entreprise.
- De caractère enthousiaste, volontaire.
