**Description du poste**:
En tant que **Customer Success Manager**, vous êtes responsable de la satisfaction des clients et vous contribuez activement et positivement à la réussite de leurs programmes de Bug Bounty & Vulnerability Disclosure Policy (VDP).

Ce poste peut être basé au Campus Cyber (**Paris**) ou dans notre bureau à **Rennes**.

Vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié des clients et vous assurez un suivi régulier auprès de chacun d’entre eux. Vous êtes le premier représentant de YesWeHack auprès des clients, et vous contribuez à l’adoption du Bug Bounty et de la VDP par ces derniers en les accompagnant à chaque étape de leurs projets.

Vous jouez le rôle de **conseil, de coach et de guide**, pour faciliter et accompagner la réussite de leurs programmes grâce à votre expertise et votre savoir-faire.

Vos missions en tant que **Customer Success Manager** se situent en aval de la vente et couvrent tous les aspects de l’accompagnement des clients dans la bonne mise en œuvre de leurs projets et programmes, ainsi que dans la réalisation de leurs objectifs au travers de ces derniers.

Aussi vous serez amené à travailler sur des problématiques variées : fonctionnelles, organisationnelles, techniques, humaines, etc.

Vos missions seront les suivantes:

- Former les clients à la meilleure utilisation de la plateforme et à la bonne prise en main des nombreuses fonctionnalités
- Accompagner les clients dans la définition de leurs objectifs et l’élaboration de leurs programmes de Bug Bounty et VDP
- Suivre l’activité des programmes de Bug Bounty des clients de façon régulière, analytique et structurée ;
- Entretenir une relation client sur le long terme afin d’offrir un accompagnement personnalisé, proportionné et pertinent
- Initier les clients aux usages et bonnes pratiques du Bug Bounty et de la VDP pour assurer leur bonne adoption
- Collecter les informations et indicateurs nécessaires au pilotage de l’activité de suivi de la satisfaction client

**Profil recherché**:
Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieurs, de management ou d’une grande université, vous a avez une expérience en conseil ou gestion de projet IT. Idéalement, vous disposez d’expérience ou de connaissances dans le domaine de la cybersécurité.
- Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais écrit et oral, et vous êtes à l’aise pour animer des échanges dans cette langue.
- Vous faîtes preuve de grandes capacités d’écoute, d’analyse et de synthèse, ainsi que d’une qualité d’expression écrite et orale que vous savez mettre au service des messages et conseils que vous délivrez.
- Vous avez le goût du défi et vous souhaitez évoluer dans un environnement professionnel et technique complexe et stimulant.
- Vous souhaitez gagner en autonomie et accompagner des projets.
- Vous avez le sens du conseil et vous aimez le contact client.

- Vous disposez d’une culture IT et cybersécurité qui vous permet d’être à l’aise avec tous types de problématiques et d’interlocuteurs (PME, ETI, Grands Comptes) ;
- Vos qualités humaines et professionnelles vous permettent de construire une relation de confiance avec les clients, que vous consoliderez sur le long terme grâce à votre disponibilité et vos conseils avisés.
