Sur le site Alstom La Rochelle, au sein du département Achat, le Procurement Tender Manager est rattaché hierarchiquement au Directeur Achat site.
Il assure, entre autre, l'interface entre la Tender teams, la Procurement Local/Global team les Procurement Project Managers
**Purposes of the job**:
- Build robust and competitive tender Procurement cost, scope & schedule commitment
- Manage Product Procurement reference to prepare tenders to come and starting, to fit to Region market prices and Customer needs, in coordination with Procurement Platform, Product and Solution
- Ensure that the Tender contributes to the Platform procurement objectives
**Mains responsabilities**:
- Ensure Tenders are anticipated and prepared with robust Product reference cost manager
- Tender management : coordinate, consolidate and secure Sourcing activities, performance and efficiency on whole tender
- Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics anf adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct
**Mandatory**:
- MASTER in purchasing or equivalent (engineering, project management )
- 5 years of experience (Project, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality )
- Interest in technical field
