**Dev&Go** est un éditeur de logiciel qui commercialise la solution **COSMO RH**, plateforme SaaS simple et innovante qui automatise et digitalise les différents échanges documentaires RH, de l’onboarding à la gestion des différents contrats et avenants.

La société, financée par des industriels **lyonnais**, organise sa **force de vente** et compte de **beaux succès commerciaux** au sein d’entreprise de plus de 300 collaborateurs (Lefebvre, Dalloz, Domino, Crédit Coopératif,)

**Mission**:
En collaboration directe avec la direction générale en charge de la partie commerciale, tu es une personne très motivée pour accompagner et participer à notre défi de croissance

Sur ce poste d’Account Executive, avec une 1ère expérience réussie dans la vente Saas et idéalement en RH, voici tes principales **missions**:

- Identifier les clients potentiels et les contacter (PME, ETI et grands groupes)
- Alimenter le pipe commercial avec les nouveaux prospects que tu auras identifiés et les leads issus des opérations marketing
- Gérer le cycle de vente complet de la prise de contact jusqu’à la signature
- Faire la passation avec l’équipe customer success une fois le client signé
- Faire de la veille sur l’industrie et se tenir informé des bonnes pratiques du secteur
- Participer à l’amélioration en continue du processus commercial B2B, être force de proposition sur les actions marketing B2B et growth hacking

**Ton profil**
- Une expérience commerciale réussie chez un éditeur de solution Saas
- Une expérience déjà prouvée en RH serait un vrai plus
- Excellent relationnel & Excellente communication écrite et orale
- Tu aimes décrocher ton téléphone et partir à la chasse aux infos.
- Organisé(e) & autonome : tu sais concevoir, planifier et dérouler de manière claire une stratégie commerciale. Tu te concentres sur les priorités. Tu agis sans attendre de consignes.
- Tu es persévérant(e) & ambitieux(se) : tu ne lâches rien avant d’avoir atteint (dépassé ?) ton objectif.
